These terms govern your use of tablamasters.com and your participation in Tabla Masters classes, examinations, and events. By using the site or enrolling, you agree to them.
Students under 18 must be enrolled by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on the student’s behalf and is responsible for fees and conduct.
Tuition and examination fees are communicated at enrollment and are due as invoiced. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a term or session has begun. We may update fees for future terms with advance notice.
Class times are set by Tabla Masters and may occasionally change; we will give as much notice as possible. Missed classes are not automatically refunded or credited, though we will try to offer a make-up where practical. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if a student cannot attend.
A free trial class is offered once per new student, subject to availability, and carries no obligation to enroll.
Tabla Masters is affiliated with Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, which sets examination syllabi, dates, fees, and results independently. Registration for an examination is subject to that institution’s rules, and Tabla Masters cannot guarantee any particular result.
We expect students and families to treat instructors, fellow students, and facilities with respect. We may pause or end enrollment for behaviour that is disruptive or unsafe, in which case any refund is at our discretion.
Students are responsible for their own instruments unless otherwise agreed. Damage to academy-owned instruments or property caused by negligence may be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.
Recitals and events may be photographed or recorded. See our Privacy Policy for how we use and share such material and how to withdraw consent.
Content on this site — text, images, recordings, logos, and course material — belongs to Tabla Masters or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Lesson materials shared with students are for personal practice only.
The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tabla Masters is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or participation in our programs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
We may revise these terms; continued use of the site or services after a change means you accept the revised terms.
